Return Policy

At AEKONAMI, we accept returns or exchanges for items purchased directly from us. We stand behind all our products and we want to keep you pleased with your purchase. When you receive your package and for any reason would like to return an item, you must send it back within fifteen days of receipt by following our policies.

Anything being returned must be unopened and unwashed. All items must retain original tags and a copy of the invoice or receipt.

After we receive your package, returns will be processed within one or two business days. Once reviewed and approved, then we will provide a return shipping label to you.

We advise customers to ship returned items by insured parcel post only. This way, it is easier for both parties to keep track of the package. AEKONAMI is not responsible for compensation when returned packages are misplaced or stolen. Any returns that do not meet these rules will not be processed.

 

Process

For all returns please make sure to include a copy of your invoice and ship package to this address ONLY. Do not ship to any another address. I repeat this because we have had cases in the past when customer shipped to the wrong address.

Altering or Cancelling an Order

To change or cancel an order, please email us at aekonami@gmail.com. Since orders are processed within 24 hours, it's not always possible to make changes. Most packages ship within one to two business days after purchase.


Adding Items

To add an item, simply purchase the item at checkout and email us notifying you have added an item.

If the package has not shipped out, we will most likely put the items together to make it one package. If it has already shipped out we will have to create a new package to ship out on the next pick up or delivery.

We know it is important for you to keep track of your purchases. All orders will be provided tracking numbers.
